Dragonflow Studio — Terms of use

Last changed: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are. Dragonflow Studio ("Studio") is run by Periplio LLC. Write to us at hello@dragonflow.io.

2. What Studio does. You give Studio the address of a web page, or your coding agent sends us a page, and you describe one customer in a sentence. Studio reads the page’s words with an AI model, takes a picture of the top of the page, and tells you where the page stops speaking to that customer. A result is a reading by software. It can be wrong. It is not professional advice, and what you change is your decision.

3. Your account. You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. You must be 18 or older. An account is for one person. Keep access to your email and your Google account safe, since anyone who can open them can sign in as you. Tell us at once at hello@dragonflow.io if you think someone else has.

4. Pages you ask us to read. Ask us to read only a page that is public on the internet, or a page or prototype you have the right to share with us. Do not send us other people’s private information. You keep every right you have in your pages, your sentences and your prototypes. You give us permission to store them, to send them to the services named on our privacy page, and to use them to give you your results.

5. Results. Each result has its own private address, and we email you the link. Anyone you give that link to can open the result. You may use your results however you like.

6. Your coding agent. You may connect a coding agent, such as Claude Code or Codex, to your account. It then acts for you: what it asks of Studio counts as asked by you, including reads on your plan. You can disconnect it at any time on your account page.

7. The plans.

  • Free. One free read per page and one per account, within the number of free reads Studio does each day. Your coding agent can see your results.
  • $19 a month. The reads a month shown on the plans page, of any page, for any customer, and reads through your coding agent. $19 is an introductory price. We email you at least 30 days before your price changes.
  • The beta. Free while it lasts. You send a clickable prototype, and we go through it. We may end the beta at any time.

8. Paying. Payment is through Stripe, on Stripe’s own page; we never see your card. The $19 plan is charged in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies where you live, when you start, then on the same day each month until you cancel. Reads not used in a month do not carry over. If a payment is refused, Stripe tries again for about two weeks; no new month’s reads start until a payment goes through, and if every try fails the plan ends.

9. Cancelling and refunds. Cancel at any time from your account page, on Stripe’s page. Your plan then ends when the month you paid for ends, and you keep its reads until then. We do not refund a month already started; if something went wrong, write to us at hello@dragonflow.io and we will look at it.

10. What you may not do. Do not use Studio to break the law; to get around its limits, for example with many accounts; to overload it or attack it; to copy it at scale with scripts; or to send pages written to mislead our reader or your coding agent.

11. Ending your account. You can stop using Studio at any time, and ask us to delete your account at hello@dragonflow.io. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why by email.

12. Studio as it is. We work to keep Studio running and its results useful, but we offer it as it is and as available, without promises that it is free of errors or always online, as far as the law allows.

13. Limits on what we owe. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits or for indirect losses, and what we owe you for any claim is at most what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

14. Changes to these terms. If we change these terms, we change the date at the top and email account holders before the change applies to them. Using Studio after that means you accept the new terms.

15. The law that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.
